The first production batch for Marigold Roasting Co. dropped on August 14, 2025. Nicaragua Esquipulas is our very first coffee, an exceptionally delicious and full bodied Red Catuai from producer Arlin Andino. 

We started this company to bring something special to our customers. We offer multiple roast styles so you can brew the coffee exactly the way you like it. Every batch is roasted with precision and expertise, using world-class roasting machines by Stronghold Roasters.
