Decaf Colombia EA

Whole bean decaf coffee from Cundinamarca, Colombia.

This coffee comes from Hacea Coffee Source and the flavor profile is sweet and fruity. The EA (ethyl acetate) process uses sugarcane-derived acetate to gently remove caffeine without compromising the coffee's natural flavor. This is an excellent quality decaf showcasing notes of brown sugar, red fruits (like a mixture of berries and ripe cherries) and cocoa. Once the coffee is rested, a subtle hint of spice emerges reminiscent of cinnamon. This coffee has a smooth and rounded body which shines in espresso beverages. 

Each bag contains 250 grams of roasted coffee.
